m16 in ACTION

One of the classic weapons of the Vietnam War was the M16. It was one of the heavy and high powered rifles.
It is accurate enough on the battlefield. The smaller cartridge allows the soldier to carry more of
ammunition. An early model of the M16 had an XM148 cartridge, it was an grenade launcher.
The M16.223 calibre ammo was half the size of M147.62mm round but no less effective.
